Buyer beware,

Premier by Original Resorts (formerly Blue Bay Premier) is using illegal waivers to scam customers. They will have you sign away your rights to rescind your contract and state in writing that your deposit is non-refundable if you decide to cancel. They DO NOT tell you that you have 5 days according to Mexican Law to rescind your purchase and further will have you believe that you have waived those rights by signing a phoney waiver. They will tell you that you can make $500 a week renting out your timeshare and you will soon realize that your contract only has you able to stay at the resort for 1 week for the next 12 years and not 25 years based on the number of days. There is nothing in the contracts that state you get the "3 free" weeks that they offer as an incentive to purchase. Although changing your name may help, those who have been scammed will get the message out that Blue Bay Premier (Original Resorts) is using fraudulent sales tactics to Seal the deal.
