Hawaiian AIR SUCKS!!! After almost crash landing at Ontario airport Sunday night in 70 mph winds, I was unable to get my luggage because the winds apparently kept blowing the cargo doors down. We were told we could come back and retrieve our luggage after 6am on Monday. Then leaving the airport, a friend had parked my car for me and was told by a person working in the little ticket booth that it would only cost me $3 to park ..well it cost me $28 ..so I scraped the last of my moneys to get out. Since I am a teacher and had to work Monday , my sister very kindly went down to get bags. She wasnt able to even get there till Monday afternoon and after driving from Redondo Beach to Ontario, again paying for parking , finds out that my luggage has returned to Honolulu. I guess they forgot to unload two bins of suitcases. Though they had all day to call and let me know not to bother coming down .....they chose not to. Now its Tuesday and I feel at this point they should treat their customers with some common courtesy and deliver the bags to me or at least to an airport closer (I live in Long Beach) but they are refusing to do that. I have gotten the run around all day on the phone from the ticket counter to the luggage counter all wanting to shift the responsibility of the luggage fiasco on one another. I have left voice messages and not once has anyone called me back. What kind of business are these people running anyways?? I just boughtinto a time share in Hawaii and Ill tell you what Id rather pay tons of money or ride a crop dusting plane over before I fly Hawaiian Air!! ALOHA to YOU Hawaiian AIR!! May you too find yourself in Bankruptcy soon. From another satisfied customer

This chic sounds like a big hawaiian bitch. It is a safety issue and I would love to see this teacher get her head knocked in like the employees who had to retrieve her luggage. 70 MPH winds are something noone should be caught in.

I wouldn't wish bankruptcy on any airlines because when we no longer have choices of airlines - we will end up coughing up more money to fly. You, the teacher had an unfortunate incident and I can understand your frustration. Hawaiian Airline should have serve you better. We, on the other hand fly Hawaiian Airlines all the time and we've never been disappointed. Mahalo and peace!

Couldn't agree more -- Hawaiian Airlines' shoddy (and GREEDY - yes we mean you MR. Bloodsucking CEO Fatcat John Adams!) business practices reflect their shoddy passenger service. This airline is now not only treating their passenger poorly, but ducking out of these leases for a SECOND TIME! Good riddance to this hack airline. I hope Aloha Airlines, a truly first class operation continues to grow! There's still plenty of competition from the mainland and but if you want good service, fly Aloha!

hawaiian airlines has filed bankruptsy.it should go out of its way to ensure customer satisfaction but iam afraid this is not the case.a simple phone call was all that was needed. these airlines think they can do whatever they want.
